Grup BMA ("Bema") requests "Read-Only" access to your company's local or cloud-based ERP (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and CRM systems solely for the purpose of providing artificial intelligence services.
Bema software does not have the authority to add records directly, delete, or modify existing data (Write/Update/Delete) in your company's database.
Bema cannot be held responsible for any disruptions that may occur in your company's network infrastructure, server performance, or the operation of other software during or after the installation of the tools provided for integration purposes (Agent, API Bridge, etc.) on your company's servers.
The IT department of your company is personally responsible for the security, backup, and maintenance of the server.
Data synchronization processes can be carried out in specified periods or outside working hours so as not to tire the server. In case of possible slowdowns, the Bema support team will work to optimize the queries, but any performance fluctuations that may occur are not Bema's responsibility.
In case the connection provided to your ERP system is disconnected (due to power, internet, hardware, or authorization problems), it is normal for Bema services (smart proposal preparation, analysis, etc.) not to work properly. Bema is not responsible for material/moral damages or data losses arising from such interruptions.
