1. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the use of the Bema AI sales assistant and management portal ("Platform") developed by Grup BMA ("Bema").

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

2.1. User Obligations

  • Accepts and commits the accuracy of the information provided while registering to the Platform.
  • The User is personally responsible for the security of account access information (password, token, etc.).
  • Commercial and legal liability arising from artificial intelligence commands executed over the Platform, emails sent, and proposals approved belongs entirely to the User (Institution).

2.2. Bema's Rights

  • Bema reserves the right to make interface, infrastructure, and feature changes on the Platform without prior notice.
  • Bema has the right to suspend accounts that violate system security or engage in illegal activities.

3. Intellectual Property

The design, software codes, algorithms, logos, and all trademark rights of the Platform belong to Grup BMA. The user cannot subject the software to reverse engineering, copy, or sell it on their own behalf.

4. AI Outputs and Disclaimer

The Bema AI assistant makes predictions, analyses, and produces texts (proposals, emails) based on the data provided to it. The possibility of artificial intelligence "hallucinating" (producing false/incorrect information) always exists. The final approval of the accuracy of the proposal, text, or information sent to the customer is the responsibility of the User. Bema cannot be held liable for damages arising from possible calculation and communication errors.
